Chicago, IL, April 26, 2011 – Blaze Portfolio Systems, LLC today announced that Luke Laidley has joined the firm as Vice President of Business Development. Luke will work closely with Bryson Pouw, President of BlazePortfolio, to expand the company’s business development within investment advisory and wealth management industry segments. BlazePortfolio offers streamlined web-based solutions to investment advisory firms including software products, implementations and consulting services.

Laidley brings extensive investment experience in third-party sales and distribution as a senior consultant with Morgan Stanley and Goldman,Sachs & Co., respectively. More recently, Laidley founded his own sales consulting firm, Heights Inc, to provide marketing and investment research solutions exclusively for independent advisors nationwide.
In addition to leading direct sales for BlazePortfolio, Laidley will spearhead relationships with investment consultants, investment broker dealers, financial media outlets, and custodians at the key account level. Luke is a graduate of Boston College and member of the Union League Club of Chicago.
